Manually remove an addon or parked domain from cPanel.

How to manually remove an addon or parked domain from cPanel if it won’t let you do it though the control panel.

Delete the DNS zone

Remove any references to the domain in the following files;

/etc/localdomains
/etc/remotedomains
/etc/trueuserdomains
/etc/userdomains

Remove any references to the domain from files (including cache files) the following directory;

/var/cpanel/users/<account username>

Restart cPanel;

service cpanel restart
